  5. Providing loans for acquiring of new issue stocks or share stakes;
  6. Organisation of merger (acquisition) transactions between companies and selection of finance sources;
  • Provision of integrated service to joint stock companies: 
  1. Accounting of securities (opening of accounts, registration of stock transactions, services related to stock events);
  2. Organisation of meetings of shareholders;
  3. Representation at the supervisors of the stock market;
  4. Preparation of regular prospects - reports;
  5. Advice on issues related to public trading in stocks.
